A proud bayside resident now, James grew up in the Inner East of Melbourne and was educated at St Bede’s Primary School in Balwyn North and Xavier College in Kew, before heading studying and completing a Bachelor of Business Management at RMIT University in Melbourne.
Playing football at the Old Xavierians Football Club, it convinced him to try his hand in commercial real estate in industry where many of his teammates and supporters worked in.

James currently lives in Highett, a suburb he loves residing in and close to work. His deep local market knowledge gives him a distinct advantage when connecting buyers with wanting to work or invest close to the bayside areas.
He also donates his time and auctioneering skills to local childcare centres, schools, and countless charity events.
A devoted husband and father, James and his wife Cara love immersing themselves in the Bayside lifestyle, from their favourite wine bar in Highett, restaurants in Sandringham or a morning coffee in Hampton.
Along with their children Archie and Cooper the Glen family can often be found enjoying the best Bayside has to offer whether it’s walking around Dendy Park, playing with his kids at Thomas Street Park in Hampton, or enjoying Half Moon Bay with a cold beer in hand over Summer.
