Sales are the good bit, that’s where there is a good commission but no one will buy a property unless they first consult a local, specialist Agent to satisfy themselves about the quality of tenancy, the terms of lease, fairness of rental in the market, whether it will go up or down at the next market review, prospect of leasing if it became vacant, realistic capitalisation rate and other vital information.

Management of commercial/industrial property is always a legal mine field, and there are extra pressures at the moment treading the fine line between keeping Tenants in business to see this crisis through, and maintaining the value of your asset.
