I have always been thorough when choosing partners to do business with and when it came time to sell my commercial property, it was no different.  My business partner and I had started a veterinary business 12 years ago and it now came time to sell the property.  Being an emotional decision as well as one that could either make or break my family financially, there was a lot of pressure to sell well.
