Landlords and Tenants of Commercial Properties: We need your support!

COVID-19 has devastated small business and employment and now is not the right time to be imposing an additional 25% levy on business.

Most of you would be unaware however, the Council has a 25% levy on all commercial properties in the City of Frankston & 7 years ago they extended that to all industrial properties. Last year the Council raised $2.7m in rates revenue.
