This week, Nichols Crowder sold another property outside our key geographic area.  A high quality office warehouse at 3/38-42 White Street, South Melbourne was sold under the hammer for $1.52 million.  The 548sqm building, leased on a long-term basis to women’s footwear retailer Edward Meller, was sold on a yield of approximately 6.1%.
