Leased to a well-established bottle shop, the property was sold at auction for $730,000 on a yield of just 3.0%. The freehold shop of 67sqm on land of 236sqm attracted significant enquiry due to its corner position and development potential (STCA). Linda Ellis of Nichols Crowder marketed the property.
