Buyer interest in industrial property in Melbourne’s South East remains buoyant, as shown with the recent sale via auction of 80 Woodlands Drive. In front of a crowd of more than 20 people, two parties bid for the well-presented office warehouse totalling approximately 444sqm. Selling for $710,000 to a local business owner immediately after auction, the good-size, dual access property with roller doors was marketed by Darryl Lever and Jill Duggan of Nichols Crowder.
