I have always been thorough when choosing partners to do business with and when it came time to sell my commercial property, it was no different.  My business partner and I had started a veterinary business 12 years ago and it now came time to sell the property.  Being an emotional decision as well as one that could either make or break my family financially, there was a lot of pressure to sell well.

Subsequently, after interviewing a number of both local and city based commercial agents, Jamie Stuart and Tanya Scagliarini from Nichols Crowder Mornington seemed to have the best grasp of what was needed.  

Their recommended marketing component was well priced but covered every angle to get the best exposure. I felt well supported without feeling pressure to pay for unnecessary extras. Over the 4 week campaign, the team continued to chase leads by working hard to ensure that any potential buyer had all their queries answered with enough time for them to not feel rushed.
