SOLD 80 Woodlands Drive, Braeside

Despite a mixed economy and fluctuating business confidence, buyer interest in commercial and industrial property in Melbourne’s South East region remains relatively strong.

This was again shown with the recent auction of 80 Woodlands Drive, Braeside.  Set on land of around 510sqm, the building of approximately 444sqm includes a warehouse, large office area, and mezzanine level.

Marketed by sales agents Jill Duggan and Darryl Lever, “Enquiry for this property was very strong,” “Potential buyers were impressed by the quality of the property, its key features, and its location to the proposed Mordialloc Freeway,” explains Jill Duggan.

According to Darryl Lever, “All up, we had 36 campaign enquiries that resulted in three very interested parties. On auction day, there were more than 20 people in attendance to witness two bidders vying for the property.”

The property eventually sold at auction to a local business owner for $710,000.
