We are pleased to release our FY 2019 Annual Market Report.
It provides an overview of the commercial and industrial property market, sharing valuable insights with a particular focus on activity in Melbourne’s South East.
It really was an eventful year. From the banking royal commission and falling residential property prices, to interest rate cuts, declining confidence and a dramatic federal election, these mixed messages were interspersed with a range of excellent opportunities.
We present our findings in line with our key brand pillars being Market Knowledge, Added Value, Innovative Thinking and Track Record.
Additionally, we feature two examples of innovation, namely Morris Moor in Moorabbin and Nexus Industrial Park in Dandenong South. Both projects are fine examples of how developers today are offering points of difference to attract quality businesses.
