  • From an industrial leasing perspective we have seen demand from the automotive, home services, home automation /communication, logistics, property maintenance, IT/online services, health and hygiene organisations. 
  • Demand, and therefore prices for investment properties are firm as there are few “safe” investment alternatives.  Bricks and mortar with income are attracting good interest.
  • There’s a lack of property on the market for sale, keeping prices stable.  We are seeing some underlying demand in leasing, particularly from companies adapting their business models and needing easily accessible warehouse space. 
  • The Dingley Bypass has opened up Moorabbin and with the Mordialloc Bypass under construction, accessibility for businesses operating within the South East will only be further enhanced.
