Richard Wraith Director, Carrum Downs & Mornington
Richard is a licensed estate agent and Certified Practicing Valuer who oversees the Property Management, Sales and Leasing division for both Carrum Downs and Mornington offices. He drives the Crowder business with his extensive knowledge, experience and involvement in the commercial and industrial real estate sector for nearly 20 years.
Richard started in real estate in the late 80s as a Cadet Valuer for renowned city-based firm McGee, O’Callaghan and Gill and by 1995 became City Valuer for the City of Frankston. Shortly after, he joined Crowders Real Estate working in sales and leasing before setting up the Nichols Crowder Carrum Downs office alongside Michael Crowder in 2007. Today, he also oversees the Mornington office which opened late 2017.
In his free time Richard regularly participates in local open water swim events like Australia Day Swim and the Twilight Swim.
