Phoebe Smith Assistant Property Manager
Phoebe Smith started her career in the real estate industry in 2022. Since joining the Nichols Crowder team in 2023 as a Receptionist, she has developed her skills and moved her way into the Property Management Department as an Assistant Property Manager. Phoebe has experience in both the residential and industrial sectors.
Phoebe now works closely along side the Property Manager’s to assist in all tasks and is continually learning and developing her skills in hopes to move into a Property Manager role and manager her own portfolio one day.
