Since commencing with Nichols Crowder in 2006, Matt has grown to become an integral member of the agency business.
In his role as Director and Shareholder he oversees the Property Management department operations day to day operations of the team and ensuring that our clients are receiving the best service and advice for their property investment.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts, he commenced with Nichols Crowder in Sales and Leasing and transitioned to his management role to broaden his experience across the whole business.
His knowledge and experience in Sales and Leasing ensures he can provide our Property Management clients accurate and articulate advice on a broad cross section of properties areas expanding on the services that our Property Management department can provide.
With the rapid expansion of our Property Management department, Matt has overseen year on year growth of the department exceeding 10% per annum.

Beyond that, our property management services extend across Melbourne, into regional Victoria and interstate.
