In over 18 years with Nichols Crowder, Josh has gained the knowledge, confidence and experience to deal with all types of property buying and leasing.
Josh’s professional approach has helped him develop an extensive client base to give sound advice on commercial and industrial property matters. His knowledge of the south eastern industrial precinct is second to none which helps him find optimal solutions for first-time buyers or national companies.
In his downtime, Josh enjoys the outdoors and likes to get out on the water most weeks to go fishing for tuna and marlin.
