Key Commercial and Industrial Property Sector Merger Announced    –   July 2024

Specialist commercial and Industrial property consultancy, HKC Property Consultants and leading Commercial and Industrial Agency, Nichols Crowder have announced a merger of its combined operations this week.

In a move that is expected to provide new and existing clients with an even stronger suite of commercial and industrial property management services, the merger comes at an exciting time.

Owner and founder of HKC Property Consultants, Hiona Kristiansson, said that after specialising in commercial and industrial property management services for over 20 years, HKC Property Consultants was established in 2014 to provide a niche range of client services.

“I built my business on providing impeccable service and expert advice,” Ms Kristiansson said.

“As my business continued to grow along with the number and size of properties under management, it arrived at a turning point. So that I could continue to deliver the high level of service, I felt my clients would benefit from more resources.”

She said that with the additional administration, accounts services, access to a quality pool of market data and direct access to a team of leasing agents as a result of the merger with Nichols Crowder, HKC Property Consultants could now continue to focus on managing properties and servicing clients.

“This is what drew me to Nichols Crowder. They too have client service as their number one focus and priority.  We just clicked from the very start. I am excited that I get to continue working with my clients for many years to come and will have a larger team of people around me,” Ms Kristiansson added.

Nichols Crowder Director, Matt Nichols, said he was “very impressed” with both Hiona as a person and the business she had created.
