A large warehouse with office at 77-79 Tulip Street has been leased for $200,000 per annum by basketball group, City Hoop.

With a building area of more than 2,500sqm, this is an annual rate of around $87psm. The lease is for three (3) years, plus options.

The tenant was attracted to the sport-focused nature of the area, which includes King Club and the recently upgraded Sandringham golf course.
