Moorabbin is benefitting from huge investment in recent years by private businesses and government infrastructure. The Dingley Bypass connects Moorabbin to the freeway system opening it up to the rest of the South East and wider Melbourne.  Other significant investment includes projects like Morris Moor and development along Warrigal Road, all adding impressive amenity to the area.
