COVID-19 Client Update – March
March 17, 2020

We are here to help you.
In the midst of these difficult times, Nichols Crowder management felt it was important to update our clients, whether landlords, tenants, buyers or sellers, about the company’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and associated nationwide shutdowns and restrictions.
As with most office-based businesses, almost all of our staff are now working from home. We have implemented IT systems that enable staff to perform the same outstanding service remotely for clients as they do when they are in the office. To this end, we expect no major disruptions to the service we provide, whether over the phone or via email.
We do still, however, have some face-to-face contact with clients, such as collecting and returning keys, and some property inspections. If you are collecting or returning keys to the office, please implement the social distancing measures recommended by government.
For property inspections, we are now offering implemented remote or virtual inspections. This reduces the need to interact with others, which has also been recommended by government. Please check our website over the coming weeks for these videos/virtual inspections. If you do, however, require a physical inspection of a property, please contact the applicable agent, and practice social distancing throughout.
Finally, the health and wellbeing of our staff is paramount. We understand that this is a difficult time, and that financial concerns and economic uncertainty can create stresses and issues that were totally unforeseen only a few months ago.
We are here to help, thinking of you all and appreciate your understanding that we are all trying to do our best under difficult circumstances.
May we also take this opportunity to acknowledge, thank and express how inspired we are by the incredible efforts of the health, community service workers and volunteers in our local community.
We are very appreciative and in awe of their efforts.
