A classic, double warehouse totalling 800sqm at 87-89 Main Road in Clayton has sold via an Expressions of Interest sale campaign for $940,000.

Set on land of around 1,260sqm, the property is leased to two separate tenants, and sold on a yield of 6.5%. Marketed by Darryl Lever of Nichols Crowder, the sales campaign generated 47 enquires, resulting in eight group inspections and four offers. The property was eventually sold to an interstate buyer, highlighting the extensive reach of the sales campaign.
