This was again shown with the recent service provided to the owner of 41 Hartnett Drive, Seaford, a mid-size showroom and office building that’s part of a larger complex.
The owners had been managing the property themselves, and approached Nichols Crowder to find a new tenant when the previous one had vacated. Unfortunately, the prior tenant had left the property in need of a fair amount of maintenance, including painting and plumbing.
“We could have just listed the property for lease as is, without fixing up these issues,” explains James Dodge, Sales and Leasing Executive. “However, we thought it best to arrange for this work to be done to maximise the rental return for the owner, and to attract the best tenant.”
Following its successful leasing, and being greatly appreciative of the maintenance work organised and managed by the Nichols Crowder leasing team, the owners then engaged Nichols Crowder to manage their two other adjacent properties.
