Josh has an easy going yet professional approach to real estate. Over more than 15 years with Nichols Crowder, he has gained the knowledge, confidence and experience to deal with all types of property buying and leasing issues. During this time, Josh has developed an extensive client base that enables him to give sound advice on commercial and industrial property matters, whether to first-time buyer or national companies. 

With his clients' best interests in mind, Josh is proficient in providing appraisals and marketing advice; conducting feasibility studies; and negotiating sales and leases for existing properties and new developments.

Josh's knowledge of the south eastern industrial precinct, particularly Carrum Downs and the Mornington-Peninsula, is second to none. Whether a client’s requirement is for a 100sqm or 10,000sqm property, he is always happy to have a chat and provide his thoughts on finding the optimal solution.

In his downtime, Josh enjoys all forms of fishing and the outdoors. He likes to get out on the water most weeks, whether it's chasing whiting in Western Port or catching 100kg tuna or marlin offshore.
