Nichols Crowder would like to thank and recognise James Dodge having just celebrated his 10 year anniversary with the team at Nichols Crowder.

We’re proud to have been able to watch James’s career grow and excel over the years. James started with us back in 2013 where he completed a traineeship in commercial and industrial real estate under the guidance of Directors Michael Crowder and Richard Wraith. James went on to gain his full real estate licence in 2015 and most recently has been promoted to Department Manager of Sales and Leasing at our Carrum Downs office.

James has a great knowledge of the area, having always lived on the Mornington Peninsula, James is a volunteer firefighter for our local brigade and is a part of the Carrum Downs business networking association BNI.

James’s enthusiastic and professional approach to real estate has seen him become one of the Peninsula’s most active sales and leasing agents. Having been nominated and top three finalist, three years running for Victoria’s Top Commercial Leasing & Sales Agent in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
